Join us for the Frame of Mind Opening Reception, a celebration of community and young artistic talent in DeKalb County!

This exhibition, a partnership between the Ellwood House Museum and DeKalb County K-12 classrooms, highlights the talent and creativity of student artists from across the county. Artworks were selected by a juried panel and professionally framed by Franklin Framing in Sycamore. The exhibit will be on display in the historic Ellwood-Nehring House at the Ellwood House Museum campus for a limited time this spring.

The opening reception is an opportunity to support and encourage student artists and enjoy an inspiring collection of work. The afternoon reception will also include light refreshments and drinks. After the exhibition, local businesses will have the chance to rent these pieces for display for the year, helping to bring student creativity into the heart of our community.
