Membership and Development Coordinator

The Membership & Development Coordinator is responsible for the timely processing of new memberships, membership renewals, donation appeals, sponsorships, and the mailing of thank you receipts and membership materials. Successful candidates will have outstanding customer service skills, strong computer abilities, and be able to perform multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Internships


William C. Lundberg Internship at the Berg Garden
The goal of this internship is to assist in the creation of a picturesque setting on the Ellwood grounds.  The intern will work closely with museum staff to plan, plant, and maintain the Berg Garden throughout the 2024 season.

Includes a $500 stipend


Selenia Rolfe Towle Teague Education Internship
The primary focus of the internship will be to assist with educational programming at the museum. The intern will learn the public tour programs and deliver those tours to a diverse audience. The intern will also assist with Ellwood Explorers youth education events and the Birthday Party rental program.
